How advanced is this course?

Yoga is a life-long journey. As such, there's always room for growth. The term "advanced" here is used to describe this course as we build towards an inversion practice (specifically unsupported headstand) for the purpose of energy sublimation for enhanced wellbeing. This does not mean that extremely difficult poses are presented here, but rather that the level and capacity of energy sublimation through understanding and using the set of tools I've presented throughout all 3 levels of my courses, can be achieved.
