Affirmations reprogram our mind. This week, as we focus on the HEART CHAKRA, we unblock limiting beliefs related to the area of love, trust, surrender and forgiveness.

In order to change your reality, follow this process:

  • Identify your negative self-talk related to love, trust and relationships.
  • Journal/Make a list of the negative beliefs you habitually repeat to yourself (out loud or in silence)
  • Listen to Anahata Affirmations track, daily, for at least one week
  • Keep an open mind
  • Trust the process
  • See the magic gradually unfold
