  Warm Up

Today, we enjoy an juicy warm up!

Flowing, allowing, accepting; today we explore breath and movement, freeing ourselves from “shoulds” and “musts”. This is a beautiful warm up practice that allows you to express and move as you wish. Listen to your body. Give it what it needs. Wiggle and jiggle and find a smile to set your day right!

You may repeat this warm-up if you find yourself out of time on a given day yet wish to still squeeze in a little, shorter practice.
